Thank you for supporting our small business! We are a print-on-demand store, which means each product is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to the nature of our products and our small operation, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience and will review any concerns or issues on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects, printing errors, or damage during shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will make every effort to address the situation to your satisfaction.

Ticket & Event Sales Policy
All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you receive access to a unique ticket code valid for entry to the specified event. Because access is granted instantly, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or a rescheduled date. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Tickets are general admission unless otherwise stated. Entry is subject to venue policies (including age restrictions). Failure to attend, late arrival, or inability to meet venue requirements does not qualify for a refund.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for securing your ticket. We are not responsible for lost, shared, or stolen tickets once delivered.
If you experience an issue accessing your ticket, contact us before the event at management@walkonmarsband.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
